Payroll Advance Request
Employees may receive an occasional “Advance” on their next payroll. The advance will be given in the form of a check and 100% of funds approved will be deducted from the NEXT payroll. If a loan is needed (funds split into multiple payments), you will need to complete the Benevolence Loan Request form.
Employee AR Charge Request
Employees may charge up to $200 in dealership goods & services to their payroll. Prior authorization is required and can be obtained by completing this form. All charges will be deducted from the next payroll. If the charge is more than $50, you may request that it be split into two payments. If a loan is need to cover the charges (funds split into more than two payments), you will need to complete the Benevolence Loan Request form.
